I love the fact that the Vi Crunch Protein cereal is the same as the Vi Shake but in cereal form. I really do. Why?? Cuz who doesn’t want to enjoy a bowl of cereal for breakfast that also happens to be good for you!? Here is one of my favorite ways to eat my Vi cereal. Sometimes I add 1/2 a banana to it too. The magic happens when you sprinkle cinnamon on top! Boom-yum!
1 cup Vi Crunch Protein Cereal (yes it’s a little more than the suggested 3/4 c for one serving but that’s how I roll)
6 oz unsweetened almond milk
1/2 gala apple
Dash of cinnamon
Swirl of honey
Shake Vi crunch bag well by turning it upside down to get all the almonds to come to the top. Scoop cereal into bowl, cut up apples into bite size pieces and add on top of Vi Crunch Protein cereal, add light swirl of honey, sprinkle with cinnamon (it will stick to the honey, yum), add milk. Grab spoon, eat. Roughly 260 healthy calories (depending on the size of the apple, plus DO take it easy on the honey).
