Crazy deliciousness in a pinch plus 12g protein & 6 of fiber. And did I say delicious?
8oz unsweetened almond milk (or your preference)
1 serving of your favorite vanilla protein mix. I use 2 scoops Vi Shake mix (bottom row of my online shop)
1/3 cup frozen berries (frozen fruit gives it smoothie consistency. No need for ice!)
Throw all ingredients into a blender and blend well. Pour. Add a couple frozen berries on top and snack on those as they melt.
