Did ya’ll know that ONE kiwi has 5 X more Vitamin C than one orange? Youza good. You can spare about 2 kiwis into your shake at about 42 calories each and still make out like a champ!
Here is the easy peasy recipe. Oh and Gluten free :-)
8 oz unsweetened almond milk
2 scoops of Vi shake (or your favorite vanilla based protein)
2 Kiwis (frozen for thicker consistency)
Blend well. Top with some crunchy healthy gluten free non gmo granola (optional). Voila!
