I could not WAIT to get this one posted for you. But, ya know, I had to take a break and eat it first! LOL. Didn’t take me long, that’s for sure. YUM! Best part? You do NOT need an ice cream maker for this one. Ready!? Oh and yes, it is gluten free :-).
4oz unsweetened almond milk (trick is in the low amount of liquid really)
2 scoops Vi Shape Mix (or use a favorite yummy gluten free vanilla based protein powder)
4-5 frozen* mango chunks
1/2 small frozen* banana
1 T gluten free organic granola
1 tsp of cinnamon
*Frozen fruit is key to the thickness
Blend all ingredients well except: 1 mango chunk, granola and cinnamon. Pour thick delicious ice cream like mix into cool serving dish. Slice up frozen little mango chunk into slices and place gently on top. Sprinkle all with granola then add the cinnamon on top. WOW WOW WOW. I think the taste of the Vi shake (taste kind-a like cake) does make a difference here but if yours is also on the sweet side (meaning, you can blend it plain and it’s still tasty, lol) then this will work! TRY IT.
