Hay haaay, it is official, we are heading to Cancun in July (2014) and well, I must tighten things up a bit, if you know what I mean ;-). So, I am CHALLENGING MY OWN SELF to a Visalus Project 10 challenge to lose 10 lbs. Aaaaaahhh. These are those last 10 pesky pounds that everyone has trouble with, including myself, so bare with me as I work to get rid of them! I’ve been known to cheat!

WHAT IS PROJECT 10?
Project 10 is a simple challenge created by Visalus that encourages YOU to either LOSE 10 lbs or GAIN 10 lbs of lean muscle (you decide). It is a fun way to stay motivated and shed those pounds 10 at a time! This isnt a program or a contract or anything, just a personal challenge POWERED by a huge community of people who have LOST IT and who will cheer you on!
HOW CAN I PARTICIPATE?
To participate you simply visit http://www.JoinChallenge.com, select the shake kit you feel will help you reach your goals and go through your customer back office to enter the Project 10 challenge. Now THIS part of entering the challenge is optional, of course, and you can still join me and we can do it together without it. However, should you want to enter, you upload a simple video with your goals and once you reach your 10lbs, you submit an update and BOOM you earn yourself a T-shirt plus the chance to win $1,000 just for participating! Yeah Baby!!!
WHERE CAN I SEE YOUR PROGRESS?
I will be entering progress posts right here on my blog (my start day is Tuesday May 13, 2014) and you can just click on category: My Project 10 Progress to see them all. It won’t be every single day, but it will be until I drop the 10 lbs. I will add food I am eating, shakes I am drinking, any exercise (bleh) and I will have before and after pics at the end. I am not much for body promotion so there won’t be TONS of those, but definitely I will post one at the end. Just being honest here, I am not looking for model stats, just some definition and the 10lbs.
HOW WILL YOU KEEP ME ACCOUNTABLE IF I JOIN YOU?
I will add you to our private customer private Project 10 community where you will find support, motivation, recipes and success stories. I will also be available to you via Facebook messaging for tips, tricks and ideas to keep you moving in the right direction! I ain’t no doctor so I can’t advise on any health related issues or anything like that, but I can definitely help keep you motivated and pushing forward.
