Summer Avocado Salad

Healthy fats and yummy veggies for you to enjoy! A great mid day summer salad choice that is super easy and quick to make

Ingredients:

1 Small Avocado
1 Tomato
1/2 Cucumber
2 Tbsp Onions (best if vidalia)
1 Tbsp Cilantro (approximately) I love cilantro sooo you decide how much you can handle.
Olive oil and red wine vinegar
Sea salt & pepper

Directions:

Cut up all veggies in cube size bites
Mix in a bowl and add cilantro on top
Drizzle with oil and vinegar & stir
Season to taste with salt and pepper
Let sit 5 minutes and then enjoy
Optional: squeeze a little lime on top
