I normally make this blueberry yogurt using the traditional Vi Shape mix which is super good in this. But today I thought I would try the new Vi Superfood shake mix instead and see how it faired. Also, I am sure you could do this using your own favorite protein mix as well!
Hmmmm, let’s say you definitely don’t want to use the full 2 scoop serving in this one. LOL. WOOWEE the Vi Superfood shake mix is quite potent and very rich. This isn’t a bad thing, you just have to know that it is not as light as the Vi shake. In comparison to other shakes off the shelf though, the Vi Superfood is pretty good, both ingredients wise and taste wise. If I could describe the taste I would say it’s earthy & sweet. If you are a protein shake regular, this would fall under the tastier category of those. That’s my humble opinion.
But let’s get to this delicious snack:
Vi Superfood Shake Blueberry Yogurt Recipe

3/4 Plain Lowfat Yogurt (this also works for high fat diets, just choose whole fat instead). I use Organic yogurt
1 Scoop Vi Superfood mix (make sure if you are counting that you 1/2 all numbers – keep in mind yogurt has tons of protein too!)
1 TBSP of organic granola mix of your choice (I use Nature’s Path Organic Honey Almond Granola)
1/4 cup of blueberries (I freeze mine but either way is fine. Or you can use any berry here really)
A drizzle of honey (optional)
Mix the Vi Superfood shake mix into the yogurt very well with a spoon.
Add 1/2 of your blueberries
Add granola on top
Add rest of blueberries (or at least this is how I add things LOL)
Drizzle some honey on top (totally optional and I use VERY little – really for dramatic effect, ha!)
